Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Saturday morning during a cold snap a fire started in our furnace destroying the electrical. I was referred to A&E through a friend and not only did he have a technician on site before noon to assess he had a crew back that afternoon to install a brand new unit. Finished well after dark but we had heat for the night! Both Andrew and his crew were professional and courteous during a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Andrew & A&E to anyone needing HVAC services.

- I would say that A&E handled themselves very professionally and didn't leave us with any reason to ask for anything more.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- We had regular maintenance on our furnace and this incident still occurred. I would recommend that homeowners have their furnace inspected and follow a regular maintenance schedule. Losing your furnace at 8:00am on a Saturday with the outside temperature below -20C was a poor way to spend a weekend.
