The Canadian Residential Inspector was very personable and friendly and very candid and honest. He answered any questions we had and gave us suggestions. He also said to contact him with any questions even after we move in! I found that very helpful and it gave me real peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone. The quality and detail of the report was very helpful and something we will refer to for the first couple of months after we move in. Thanks!
