i purchased a voucher for snow removal on dealfind for my parents who have bad backs. when i first saw the deal, i was skeptical because it looked too good to be true - well i guess the saying goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is"
graham services is the most dysfunctional operation i have ever dealt with. they advertise that theyre open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. i called yesterday for the 8th time, and finally someone answered. she was a pleasant girl who advised the office hours are monday through friday 9-6pm... would that not be false and fraudulent advertising?
we have now had 3 significant snow falls, and not once has my parents property been serviced... i hope they know they can and will be held liable for anyone who gets hurt by slipping and falling. this company is awful, and media and police attention should be brought to them.
absolutely disgraceful...
