Our first time having the pleasure of Ricardo doing some repairs and minor installations that we, as seniors, are no longer capable of. From the initial call, it was obvious that we were dealing with professional, pleasant people. Claudia was helpful and friendly on the phone, Ricardo showed up promptly for a look and to give us a quote, and then followed up exactly as he promised. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable and we enjoyed his company. I'm thrilled with the results and recommend him highly.
