Ricardo arrived on time & with a smile; took a walk with me as I showed him what all needed done; listened while I prioritized what mattered most & then set about getting it all done, quickly, methodically, & efficiently. I'd been hesitant because I've not used HomeStars before and was unsure what to expect, although the reviews were the reason I called in the first place.
