Building a homewith East Forest Homes
Our story is actually a long and heated truth about East Forest Homes, from when our foundation was poured incorrectly, creating a much smaller room to current which is after closing we have had the most horrible experience, error after error through the entire project...if we weren't watching everything that the builder did, we would have major problems, as it is you can't see everything they do and "TRUST" is one thing we did not have from the builder, they lost our trust at the beginning and even currently after close...we will be posting the entire story on google reviews.....please do your homework and find a builder people love, my fellow neighbors are also unhappy with East Forest, ask people who have had a home built in the neighborhood that you want to move too, see if they are happy.....Buyer Beware!

- they need to get back to the beginning when customer service was the most important thing and building a home that your mother would love to live in.....no pride in workmanship here at East Forest, errors right from the beginning with the foundation to current and no accountability at all from the company. Site supervisor was rude and ignorant....this is not acceptable when you are spending a lot of your hard earned money and you get treated like dirt!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Research, ask questions, ask neighbors, friends, family do they now a good builder, a home that was built well and you get treated well.....don't think that builders can't make mistakes. always stay on top of them, measure your rooms.....check your contract to see if you get everything that you ordered....do your 30 day Tarion list and be very critical through the whole process of building it's your money that they are spending.
