My neighbour referred me to Metro Plumbing to unblock a shower drain. Vadym was sent and he was very professional, fast, and clean. He quoted the price before he started the work and he left the washroom spotless and in perfect working order. I was very impressed and will use Metro Plumbing again and refer them to my neighbours.

The toilet in the main bathroom was not flushing properly so after reading reviews on Home Stars, we decided to go with Metro Plumbing&Drains for replacement of the toilet. Vadym came and did a very good job, he is very knowledgeable and left the bathroom very clean. We will certainly use Metro Plumbing &Drains again if we need.

"Metro" was recommended to us by a friend and we called them to fix our bath tub leaking issue and replace the old toilet with a new one. Vadim came in and all the work was completed within couple of hours, very professionally and with no issues, he also provided detailed review of the pluming system in the house and advised of any possible future problem areas and estimated costs to fix them. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and will call next time.

Plumber came in to replace the laundry tub in my basement and to change shower head in my bathroom. He did an exceptional job in both locations. The plumber was very professional, courteous and very dedicated to completing his tasks. Metro plumbing has done other work for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Vadym did a thorough plumbing inspection in our house and provided very valuable advices right on spot. He addressed a couple of issues which were revealed on the fly including water
leaking from the tap in the basement once it gets open and the same problem with the tap in the backyard. I am very satisfied with the service.

Water and debris was backing up from our water main in the basement. Vadym snaked the drain twice to clear the blockage and used his camera twice to explain why this was happening.

I had a problem with my bathroom tub which was leaking from the drain area. The plumber Alex Klimov was very punctual and did the work to my satisfaction. Everything was explained and a written quote was given to me. Not only did I replace the drain system below my bathtub but also replaced the shower head and faucet in the bathroom. Because of his good work, I also replaced the old plastic pipes under my kitchen sink. Will definitely recommend this company to others. We came home to find a leaking pipe - I phoned Metro plumbing and in less than an hour they had sent someone. Vadym Badenko was fast, efficient and really really good. He noticed that the basement faucets were dripping and gave us a quote to fix that as well - I have never been so impressed. If I should need plumbing services again, I know who I would call.

We called Metro plumbing to replace a bathroom since & vanity, repair a couple of shutoff valves and install a water filter in our kitchen. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, gave us a detailed and professional estimate of the work and pointed out a couple of issues with a job a previous contractor had done in our kitchen. Once we decided to go ahead , the work was done that day in a very professional manner. They will be the first company we call for any other plumbing work we require in the future.
