This company is exceptional when you have a plumbing issue. The plumber came to my home at 7 am (as I asked him). He was very polite and professional. He snaked our backed-up shower drain quickly and cleaned up the bathroom before he left. You would hardly notice that he was there. Keep up the great work!

One of the kitchen sinks in my restaurant got clogged right on a X-mas Eve. Called up Metro Plumbing and Drains, and they were able to come within an hour. The technician was very fast and efficient. Great service, nothing to add. Thank you and I would definitely recommend them!

A few days ago I noticed a leak at the base of the toilet. Found Metro Plumbing and Drains through my girlfriend. A guy managed to come the same day and it didn't take him long to fix the leak. I understand that that was not the most difficult plumbing job in the world, but it was done excellent so it needed to be rewarded. My kid dropped his cell into the toilet and flushed it. A guy from another company spent almost an hour trying to remove the cell phone and had no luck. At the end he said that the only way out was to replace the toilet. We decided to give a chance to some other companies. A guy from Metro Plumbing and Drains did an amazing job. After all the hard time we had with another company it was such a relief when he completed the job in about 30! Very satisfied not only with a service but with a price as well!!!

I got a new dishwasher. I guess the guy who installed it didn’t know his job well because since the very first day there was a lot of water around it on a floor. Called a few plumbing companies and every time got the same answer that they didn’t provide that service. Finally found Metro Plumbing and Drains. The guy promised to come the same evening and take a look. He explained that the dishwasher wasn’t connected properly to the drain so he needed to replace some tubes to fix the problem. He had all needed parts so it didn’t take him long. We are very satisfied with a service and will definitely recommend Metro Plumbing and Drains.
