I called Newtech to for a Samsung over the Range Microwave repair, Mr. Amin was very prompt he came the same day, immediately diagnosed the problem.. a broken cheap plastic door hook!, he actually glued it together and fixed it more secure. Absolutely satisfied with his work, def. will recommend him to all my family and friends.

I found my fridge/freezer almost totally defrosted this morning. I called Amin at Newtech Appliance Repair & Refrigeration, first thing in the morning. From our initial conversation, he was very courteous and efficient. He asked all the right questions to establish what might be wrong. He assessed his workload and was able was able to fit me in, which I was very thankful for. We set up a time and he called to confirm the appointment. Amin thoroughly explained what he thought the cause was and was able to fix the problem right away, as he had the part already with him. He also indicated what to do if follow up was needed. I would highly recommend his courteous service for all round quality, punctuality, explanation of problem, ability to solve the problem and follow up if needed.

Fast and great service. called and within the same day got my washing machine fixed. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to repair it within the hour. Would definitely call him again for future repairs :)

I am very impressed with the quick service I received from Amin! In less than 24 hours of calling New Tech Appliance Repair, Amin was at my house diagnosing the problem with my oven and he had my oven repaired in half an hour. He will be the first person I call if I need any other appliances repaired!

Amin is great! He showed up with replacement part and in a jiffy the switch that had been inoperable for almost a year was fixed and working again perfectly! We are very pleased with the repair, the service and have no problem with price we paid.

I discovered close to 5pm on a Saturday afternoon that my fridge/freezer stopped working. I called Newtech and Amin was at my house in North Burnaby within 30 minutes, arriving at 5:10pm. The Technician (Amin) was in my home to repair my dishwasher which was not draining, he made a good effort to get to my place on time. While he was repairing my dishwasher he kept me informed about the problem and he was able to finish the job in timely matter with very reasonable price. I would call him again for sure.

Our Range's electronic front panel stopped working and we couldn't use the oven.
