Tree Doctors

It was late in the season and we still did not get around to doing one last job before Winter set in. Our Tree had died this Autumn from Canker Disease with the bark splitting open on the trunk and we required the tree stump removed. We had purchased a Maple Tree as a replacement and a Bloodgood Japanese Maple as well to compliment the landscape. Since it was already December; I was certain that it was too late to complete this project. I contacted Tree Doctors Inc on a Wednesday. Their Customer Service Representatives Melody and Mechelle were very friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment with the Arborist and answering all my questions and concerns. The Arborist, Glen was out the next day and provided us with an estimate. Glen was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and worked out the project to fit our tight budget. By Friday Olga; the Scheduling Manager had sent both a text and email to confirm that the work was scheduled for the coming Monday; also indicating an expected time of arrival. Eric the Stump Grinder Operator was punctual, courteous, conscientious and worked efficiently to ensure no damage was done with the heavy equipment and completed the stump grinding and planting of the two trees. Our experience with Tree Doctors Inc from start to finish was very refreshing, professional as they were very accommodating and would not hesitate to recommend Tree Doctors for any type of Tree Service. Every member of their company took pride in their job and the Customer Service is excellent. Thank you “Tree Doctors” for turning our anxious late Autumn job into a quick stress free resolution.
