Bell home security (previously alarmforce) installed a security system at our business location. After a portion of it was not functioning I asked a technician to come out to inspect. On four (4) different occasions I was given a 5hr window, and no one showed up or called to say they were not able to come. Each time I would get a little more frustrated then call again to set up a meeting. Finally someone showed up and told me that this portion of the system would never have worked in the first place. No solution was attempted.
Their solution was to downgrade to include only the parts of the security system that work, leaving parts of the office vulnerable. I have had to install a system with a new company (I would recommend literally anyone else) and had to pay a fortune to cancel.
The service is outrageous. I would treat this company like old road kill and stay far away as possible.
