I found the set up easy enough although I was surprised at the fact that they would only put the display panel behind a door despite my request otherwise. They are also pretty slow to respond through the speaker if there is an alarm, so that was a bit worrying when I had a false alarm. Then, about a month later, there were billing costs that I wasn't briefed on at the start and I had to ask to speak with a few people just to get them explained to me. My house was safe enough, but I ended up dropping the service because it became more of a hassle than it was worth.
