I had a problem with Rat in my attic about a month ago, The first company came and threw some poison inside attic, later stink came out. So I contacted AA Happy Pest Control, the guy David was very nice and patient. He inspected the whole house, attic, basement, hot tank area, crawl space, then told me never used poison for the roof rat, otherwise rat would give off bad smell and last 2 or 3 month in Winter if rat died in somewhere. He set traps inside attic and pick up dead rat every week, finally the problem solved completely. He also checked exterior house, found some holes, gave me a good tips and precaution for the potential pest. I am very satisfied with his skills and service.
