I had high hopes for my EQ home but the experience has turned into a nightmare. If you are considering purchasing,I would highly suggest you reconsider. This is not my first home or new build home so I understand what homeownership entails. My last home was with a builder with a “bad” reputation. The finish work, craftsmanship and attention to detail of that company far exceeds EQ. All I can say is thank goodness for Tarion warranty, money well spent. How EQ deals with multiple ongoing issues within the home continues to be unsatisfactory. Fool me once #neveragainEQ
