Nick and his team did a great job tiling our hallway and kitchen, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. His quote was reasonable (and accurate), he paid great attention to detail and would always communicate with us to ensure we understood the timelines, where we could walk, and what our options were for those tricky corners. He really wants to do a quality install and actually took up some of the tiles and re-laid new ones where the edges were slightly damaged by us post install without extra charge so that it looked perfect. Despite various challenges with an uneven floor and soundproofing required by the strata, the end result looks great. An added bonus was that he and his team were very tidy and cleaned up all the dust before we got home which was something previous contractors have definitely not done!
I’d certainly recommend him and will use him again next time I need tiling done.
