Called some companies to get quotes and ask about the Fortis Rebate. Canada Furnace representative gave clearest detail of pricing and the Rebate Program. Offered an additional $50. deduction because her records showed we had recently purchased a furnace from Canada Furnace. I appreciate the up front policy .

I had them come in and replaced my 40 yo furnace with a nice new one, rotated the placement, install a new gas hot water tank and lined the chimney. The guys arrived on time, were one of the cleaner workers I've had come in to my house, and stayed until I was happy with their the job. Their communication was good and they asked me how I'd like things run instead of just doing whatever would get them done quickest. I would recommend Canada Furnace to anyone that asks.

Canada Furnace did a great job installing our Navien new combi-boiler. From first meeting with Steve who was fantastic in reviewing our options and finding the right one for us, to the great install team with Robin, Gary and Kyle.
The entire process including contact from Jordan in their office was a very positive experience.
I will be using Canada Furnace for my future home needs and certainly recommending them to family and friends.

Canada Furnace did a great job in supplying and installing a new furnace in our approximately 35 year old home. Process was smooth from start to finish. Installation was completed in a half day with minimum disruption. Thanks to Alec in sales for the information and recommendations for replacement furnace, the technicians Kyle and Brent , arrived as scheduled and efficiently performed the install and to Sherri in scheduling/administration who was a pleasure to deal with.
All in all a good experience. Have not yet had the need to put the new furnace through its paces but look forward to that in the upcoming months.

Chose Canada Furnace after reading the reviews on this website really glad we did. They replaced our boiler a year ago and did a fantastic job. We called them again earlier this month to get air conditioning installed and they finished the work just over a week ago and then we had an issue with two of the wall mounted units and I called them Saturday morning and they showed up and fixed the problem an hour later. Terrific customer service couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Superior service from this company. I started with web research, just like you are doing now. Sent them an email on early Saturday morning, and was contacted promptly to arrange the consultation later in the day. Alec showed up on time, and 45 minutes later basic unit was recommended and selected for my needs. As luck would have it, they could install 2 days later, which was Monday. Kyle and David showed up 3 minutes early, and 6 hours later, my house has started to cool down. I teased Kyle, that while he arrived 3 minutes early, it was 24 years late for me. I should have done this a long time ago. As you research, you will find prices are comparable, so it is the service that makes a difference. This company provides that, in spades. The contract comes with first annual servicing for free. I will be using them for all my future needs. Rob A

2009 - Installed Amana Heat Pump & High Eff. Furnace. Any time there has been a rare breakdown, they are there fast to fix it. Also have an emergency after hours line so you can speak to a person right away.

2016 - Hot Water tank replacement. I tried to play pretend and replace the drain valve on my own...oops. Ryan arrived with a new tank in 60min!!!

Prices are very competitive, and service is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly.

First, we had a very nice man come out and give us a quote on an A/C unit. Then we had another fellow come out to check the house and hook ups etc. who was also very friendly and efficient. Both gave us good informative information. Based on this we ordered what they suggested, an A/C unit. We were told that it would be about 2-3 weeks to install but we very happy when they called to say there was an opening and we can do it in two days. Two more fellows came out for the day to do the install and they were great. Friendly, kind and very funny. They were extremely efficient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I quite enjoyed the whole experience, they made it easy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and great service.

Furnance was installed last year in six hours. The furnance runs quiet and very efficient. Canada Furnance offers and performed free follow up service at one year anniversary. I strongly recommend this company to everyone.
