Two weeks after townhouse purchase in Aug 2015 the boiler quit. Replacement cost was in the thousands, not feasible after purchase of the townhouse. The boiler is rent to own and the cost includes regular servicing at no additional fee.

We are so happy with the arrangement that when the hot water heater expired a few weeks ago, we repeated the arrangement for that.

Service is incredible with Canada Furnace. A few days ago a plumber working on renovations turned of the water supply but did not turn it back on properly and it resulted in the boiler shutting down. We called Canada Furnace and within hours their service team arrived and got us back up - at no additional cost!

Canada Furnace replaced our leaking hot water tank with a new on-demand tankless water heater. Everyone we dealt with at CF was super friendly and professional. They took a lot of time to answer all our questions and ensure was completely happy with the work.

The installers worked hard to accommodate our requirements for locating and venting the appliance and respected our home while they worked.

On December 23 2017 our old system was leaking carbon monoxide and Fortis had to turn off the gas supply. We called Canada Furnace after reading positive reviews, and after moving some non urgent appointments around we were back up and running on the 27th!

This year, under warranty a faulty regulator was replaced but we could still smell natural gas. Lorne, the service manager came out on a Saturday and we discovered that we had inadvertently blocked the exhaust vent, leading the exhaust to go straight into our fresh air intake. We removed the blockage and all is well. Lorne did not charge us for the call even though it was completely our fault.

You will not find a more responsive, customer oriented company than Canada Furnace. I highly recommend them.
