I called Chris after running the last guy off my property for telling me I had to pay an extra $400 for him to go to the hardware store to buy a 40' ladder so he could do the job (Really! I'm NOT kidding!! I live in a normal house, I laughed my you know what off). Chris was super friendly, extremely competent, and patiently helped me understand what he was doing and what were my options. He even spent an extra half hour cutting down some of the old cabling on another part of the house (and never charged me). He brought all the tools required for the job, he cleaned up - I was totally satisfied with his work. Thanks Chris!
