JK & Sons Renovations

On the positive side we were happy that JK & Sons showed up and performed a basic renovation job. A few minor issues needed correcting however. The one major most serious problem which became an ongoing headache was that each time it rained, water poured in and around the enlarged bedroom window. JK & Sons came and attempted to do a repair job, but it was very inadequate as water continued to flow in whenever there was a rainfall. To add to the frustration any further phone calls to discuss the matter were not responded to. In the end a company specializing in waterproofing was brought in to rectify the leakage trouble adding an extra cost of over $1,000.00. They did an excellent job and we're happy with the final result.

I absolutely loved the service. My husband was very specific about what he wanted in a deck, and they were able to provide.I know my husband can be pretty stubborn, and I was shocked at how well they handled it. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is working on their deck.

Pat was prompt and honest. His price was reasonable and the deck and fence were built well in a timely fashion . I will definitely use his services again to do other projects as they come up,
