When our garage door needed to be change we decided to install the new door ourselves to save $$$. Of course it didn't quite work that well and we had to call somebody to finish the job. Alan from Dormaster came to the rescue in a very calm and professional way, offering advices and taking time to explain the situation and the options. He replaced hinges and rollers that needed to be replaced, took his time to do a good job and left after making sure everything was working properly and we didn't have any more questions. The final bill was reasonable considering the time and the parts involved. We would definitively recommend Alan from Dormaster. He knows what he's talking about but doesn't give you the attitude! What a positive experience.
