When my wife and I found out we were having a 3rd baby we had to decide very quickly if we were going to move or add on to our house for an additional bedroom. By the time we found out we could add the bedroom on and obtained the permits, we had 4 months left before the baby was born. Kennedy Construction was quick to move on our site and was complete the addition to our second story within 3 months, and brought the project in on budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and how the project was managed. And our new son is very thankful he doesn't have to share a room with one of his big sisters!
