Complete basement of our townhome gutted. Kennedy Construction put in a beautiful bathroom (where none existed) and a great family room, bedroom and laundry area. They also renovated our existing bathroom upstairs. Everything turned out fantastic. Very clean and modern. The work was done very close to budget and close to the original time-line. Also worth noting is how comfortable we were with all the contractors and subs that were in our home. With a family of 4, for a 10 week project, it is important you can trust (and to some extent "live with") your builders. Andy and Will were amazing. Friendly, polite and professional (and they even tried to be funny). Any changes we wanted were done quickly and courteously. They were able to suggest things that we hadn't even thought of that made the project turn out so much better than we had originally planned. We are very pleased and will have them back to do the main floor.
