Thank you to Chris for getting back to me. After a crew made a mistake with my lawn, Chris quickly got back to me and rectified the situation. Mistakes happen. Its about a company's willingness to take ownership that makes a difference.
Lawn Maintencance
This company maintained my lawn during the fall/spring/summer for about a year. We needed to have our backyard resodded. Due to their unavailability and expensive quote, we went with another company, who did a beautiful job. Upon the first time Mr.MowItAll came to cut the lawn, they ruined the new sod in one section, cut the lawn unevenly (too short then patchy long), and left a significant mess (clippings) behind (please see photos). When I reached out with my frustration, they only agreed to cancel future service and made to offers to fix their mistakes (which will cost me significantly to fix). Mistakes happen, and that is understandable. But when they do and the company is unwilling to take responsibility or rectify the situation, that is when you know this is not a company you want to deal with. Terrible service.
