Moonlight Glass

In April 2021 Moonlight Glass installed 14 panes of glass. The glass ordered was low e ,argon with silicone spacers similar to the glass installed by Moonlight Glass in 2016. The glass that arrived was different but the owner assured us that it was equivalent. On the first cold night and subsequent cold nights all the new glass was covered in sheets of water while the glass installed by Moonlight Glass in 2016 and the original 25 year old glass remained dry. We contacted the owner and described the problem. We asked him to inspect at his convenience in order to find solution. When he did not show up we emailed photos. We have tried many times to set up meetings but even when we were successful in setting a meet times he always had an excuse for not showing up. He no longer answers phone calls or responds to emails. We have an extensive file and a portfolio of photos for inspection.

I have been calling Moonlight Glass (MG) since 2002. MG responds promptly to all calls for assistance, quotes, warranty followups and installation questions. All employees are respectful and very helpful! I have had various products installed in 3 different homes I've owned since 2002. MG is fantastic at providing advice on different products, great installations, repairs, replacements, keying locks, etc.! I can count on Dennis & Oliver (owners) and highly recommend them to anyone! Work is done to my satisfaction every time. Quality #1 work.

Committed to delivering at a certain date and came back and met all their commitments as promised.
Sounds simple, but in today's "lack of customer service world" it was refreshing to have someone actually deliver what they promised.
