Purchased "new" stove but once it was delivered the bottom oven did not work. I called or went into the store 5 times all with the results of a promise someone would call. The upper oven then locked up while we were in the middle of cooking dinner. This time 3 more calls to get a repairman out to the house. The repair man open the stove but said he had to order a part and would call when it was in. Five weeks past and 7 additional calls to the store before the repairman came to the house with the part to "fix" the stove. Nine days after the stove was repaired the stove locked again. Repeated calls to the store were always meet with the promise to find the cause of the problem but no one ever called back. I finally call Electrolux Canada. They informed me they would not honour the warranty because Appliances R Us bought the stove as a refurbished unit from Sears therefore no manufacturers warranty. This stove was advertised as a brand new unit. Buyers beware of Appliances R Us and any Electrolux appliance.
