Excellent customer service and assistance from Nicholas. He was very informative about the products and helped us narrow in on pieces for our bathroom renovation. Beautiful products and great staff! Highly recommend

Our experience with Canaroma has been outstanding. Tony was an absolute delight to work with in selecting and ordering fixtures for our new build. He worked within our budget, provided very practical advice, and ensured the order was managed properly. When we needed some assistance with a part Pat from the client servicing team went above and beyond to address the issue quickly. His communication was timely and clear.

I would like to thank Rui the operation manager for quickly arranging the tiles that I actually ordered within 24 hours ( the wrong tiles were delivered by the supplier )
He was so prompt in answering my calls and making sure I had the tiles as on time
Customer service has been taken for granted nowadays so when you receive excellent service it should definitely acknowledged .

The selection is great; however, the customer service is dismal. They are unresponsive and very rude. The orders are consistently late and incorrect. They will not apologize and you have to chase them continually for a response. They will not offer up other solutions and will give you attitude if you dare to ask for further information. Unless you don’t have a job and are content with waiting days for a call back, this is not the place to go. Rude, rude, rude

I have been looking for a vanity for months and expected much of the same from Canaroma. Their selection was so different and beautiful. Brent helped find not only the vanity but everything needed for the bathroom (vanity, tub, faucets, glass door, etc)

We purchased a vanity table here. The order was late by more than a month, which we were understanding about the import delay.
However, the whole process dealing with this store is just TERRIBLE! The service was non-existent. We had to rearrange our contractors several times, because they kept telling us that they didn't know when our table was arriving.
On the day before the delivery, Sashi (or whatever the girl's name was) called us saying that she doesn't know where the order is, and it might be late but doesnt know when AGAIN.
At this point we called back Gino (who was our sales person), after getting transfered around to three different people, Gino told us that WE made it sound like it wasn't coming, and WE made it sound like it was arriving next week. Denied the fact that Sashi ever said it was late, she just said the truck was late.
I mean what the actual... is that the way you talk to your customers? I believe we speak perfect English, and your sales associates and admin people should know how to talk to customers to give them accurate information.

We've read reviews on this store selling people damaged products and taking over a year to resolve. We are just crossing our fingers that the Vanity comes in good condition and with the right specs. because we are DONE with this store. NEVER again. dont even bother explaining, we've seen your responses to the negative reviews here, full of excuses and blames on the customers.

Very nice showroom with great selection, but customer service could be better. I worked with two salespeople, and after placing the orders it was difficult to get any follow up information about delays or whether the products had been received. Their focus seems to be on full-service projects and working with the trade.

I highly recommend Canaroma for their Large bathroom selection and service. Michael asked us if we needed help and gave us space to look around. When we had questions he was easy to find and very knowledgeable. He made it possible for us to pick up directly from the distributor since we didn't want to order and wait for it and Canaroma did not have stock in their warehouse.

This is the first time we bought from Canaroma and I would definitely visit and buy from them again. I would recommend reading their policy or asking about it so there is no misunderstanding. My experience was great both times I visited and I found exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a steam machine which the salesperson told me it can connect to blue tooth, and I bought a speaker together with this steam machine which pay extra price for this speaker.

However, after installed, the machine has no blue tooth function as the salesperson said.

After I took all the photo to them, and it was confirmed the model they gave me was wrong and they willing to replace it for me.

However, I need to pay my renovation guy extra work to disconnect all the water pipe and power line to do the exchange. I wish the salesperson has more knowledge about the product they sold next time.

Unfortunately our experience was very negative. Their customer service is so unprofessional in dealing with issues. My sales representative had made mistakes twice and would not accept responsibility for it. These mistakes had cost us significant over charges from our contractor and plumber, in order for them to return three times to rectify this incorrect order issue Canaroma's sales rep just kept making. Being in the construction industry for 40 years as a manufacturer myself in the Vaughan area, I strongly suggest better customer service and a more knowledgeable team. Furthermore, it was unfortunate that I called twice and a manager never seemed to be in the facility when an issue had to be addressed. I know there are ample bath and tile stores in Vaughan and Toronto to choose from and unfortunately this is not one that I can recommend. Very disappointing!!
