Joe came through for me on short notice. His crew Mat and Ian did a great job moving a few heavy items up a dozen stairs (one item required Joe's help, too). I really appreciated their good hearted friendly attitude and the way they did the job with careful teamwork. Thanks guys.

I would totally use North Van Mover again for my next move. His response is fast (uses email and phone). He immediately shot up to Courtnay to pick up a piano and brought it over to Bowen Island (two ferry rides). HIs cost was less than the first quote I got. H was fast, efficent, helpful and took good care of my precious paino.

Joe and his crew were fast, careful, and really thoughtful. They worked a tough schedule and brought furniture to 3 locations without any confusion or mistakes. And they have a network of trades, to help with move in set up. Thanks Joe!!

Seems like a trustworthy guy but beware. He took deposits to ship our belongings and a car. The guy who delivered our belongings did not honor the deposit we paid to Joe Howard and we had to pay the whole balance at the other end. He also took money to ship my car and then held on to it for over two months. I eventually had to have a friend get the car from him and had to pay again to get it shipped. Overall he owes us about 4600 dollars, and continues to give us the run around. I believed this guy, that it was a misunderstanding, and that he was having hard times. But after more than 3 months is seems clear that I have been scammed. I have filed with the BBB and will spread the word about my experience until he makes this right.

Joe really helped me solve my moving problem, and thankfully it went smoothly. He was kind, understanding and very helpful. I would recommend him to my friends. Moving can be a stressful time and I am glad I found North Van Movers to alleviate my stress.

North Van Movers is a great local moving company with excellent people and time management skills. They are willing to adjust to each job to get it done right and on time.
