Company took over 3 months to correctly order a part for my appliance. When the repair guy came he acted like he knew a little more about fixing the appliance than I did, they charged me a diagnostic fee when they didnt even diagnose anything. The appliance was still not fixed when the guy left so they ordered another part (that was not needed), came to my house again and realized it was the wrong part. They came back about 2 weeks later, installed this part and it did not fix the appliance again (because it was not needed) but they still charged me fully for the labor and part even after they specified in an email that if it did not fix the problem I would not be charged. Overall horrible customer service, a dishonest company. Would be better off going somewhere else.
