Had Alberta carpet cleaning in to clean carpets . They left without even touching basement stairs (which where quoted for). Wanted another 190.0 to come back and finish the job . What a JOKE very

My older carpets look renewed and smell fresh, proof that you get what you pay for, particularly when serviced by a 'ProTech'. 3 bedroom carpet cleaning

# bedrooms in rental house had to be cleaned because the renter was a slob. Mike assured me that most of the stains would come out but revised that comment down when he got started. I could have done a better job on the carpets with a bar of soap and a hose. I went and got my "Little Green Machine" and as I was using it the stains that he couldn't get out were chocolate covered raisins. I picked them up by hand and used my Green Machine to to completely removed the chocolate. So much for Alberta Carpet Cleaning. I will not be suing them nor referring them to anyone. I have before and after pictures.

Hi Ray,

Our records show there was Fibre breakage, Soil filtration with unknown spots ( and that is rare for the technician who came to your rental, who's been a carpet cleaning technician for almost a decade ) therefore stain and spot removal could not be guaranteed on those spots. The technician communicated this to you, and you also declined any add-on cleaning services.

Since you were not happy with the overall service, an additional service call was set up. This service call was refused as you did not want it because of the renovations you had planned.
