Alberta Carpet Cleaning (Calgary)

I used Alberta Home Services for the first time last month. I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews. My carpets are old and will be replaced soon. I just wanted to do something as a temporary fix that will last for 3 months. they gave me price I could not resist. I did spend a lot of doing it on my own. The worker is VERY nice and fast. He even cleaned a small area that I did not think was included in quotation. the carpet looks GREAT! Actually almost new. All stains were removed. I could not have completed this job cheaper and faster on my own.

Just a quick note to commend your employee (IVAN) for an outstanding job he did at our house yesterday afternoon. (invoice #109577). We are very pleased with his work, his meticulousness, his professionalism & especially the results with our carpets, loveseats & chairs. He took time to explain in each area as he was cleaning, indicating the issues and was very friendly as he explained.

Complete waste of money. Carpets were soaked and when I put a white towel down to soak up some of the water the towel came up totally brown and disgusting. I repeated this all over the house – it was gross. The guy also kept asking me to pay for more and more, when I said I don’t want to pay for extra stain removal he said then he would not guarantee the work and obviously did a terrible job. Actually to me it looked like the carpets were just soaked with water and that’s all that was done.

Salim did a great job with our carpets. He went to work right away and detailed all the services to me before starting. I helped him move furniture as we had a lot and watched him do our 3rd level, stairs and upper floor bedrooms and hall. He even did the walk in closets. He was very thorough with the stairs, as it had the most traffic. I recommend doing the deodorizer and microbacteria wash especially if you had pets like us. House was so much fresher afterwards

We've been using this company for duct cleaning for many years, they are professional and very skillful. We recently use their service, no complain about the works but in terms of the appointment time, we were told we have three hours window but they called and told us they were coming in 30 mins.

Pretty expensive if there was not Groupon. Very quick - only 45min. The past cleaning services it was longer - I don't know if they cleaned everything out .... however technicians were very knowledgeable. Told me about how 3M filters for HE furnaces are not good because they actually reduce the efficiency by 20%.
