We used to be neighbours with Taras and had seen several of his projects prior to hiring him ourselves. He and the team did a fantastic job. They were completely on schedule and kept a very clean work site which kept our condo board happy! We highly recommend Double T Contracting. You cannot go wrong hiring this team. The team exceeded our expectations on a complete Reno to our basement. They were able to provide a one-stop shop service including coordinating plumbing, a new stairwell, electricity and full bathroom redo. The entire team including our lead contractor was professional, practical, and always communicating. This was especially appreciated during the uncertainty of the pandemic.

The quality of their work was the utmost of quality and we would not hesitate to use this team again.

I recently had a total home renovation, including a 2-storey addition, completed by Double T Contracting. To say that I am happy with the end result is an understatement. I had a vision for my home but my expectations were exceeded. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Taras and his crew and the quality of work. I was also very impressed with their ability to meet my timelines and get me back in my house on my desired date. This was a result of the crews solid work ethic; and the fact that they were entirely committed to my house for the duration of the project. My home is over 100 years old, so it was not unusual to find some surprises and unplanned, additional work along the way. Taras helped me to navigate this and make sound decisions on what I should and shouldnt do. He was always very honest, reasonable and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Double T Contracting to anyone looking to do a major renovation. You will definitely be assured of a quality project that is on time and on budget. I have been lucky enough to find Double T Contracting Inc. the first year I moved in my new house. It is an old house that needed a lot of love. in the 5 years have been here, Taras and his guys have done ALL my renos, Kitchen, Bathroom, Roof, Back Terrace, Basement and now this year a complete reno of the 2nd floor.
I cannot recommended them enough, their work is impeccable and professional.

Taras is the epitome of quality work, professionalism and efficiency. Our project consisted of a complete renovation of the kitchen, updating the 3 bathrooms with new custom cabinetry and plumbing, installing hardwood throughout, installing spotlights where there had never been any before as well as new lighting fixtures throughout. They painted the condo throughout, including scraping down and repainting approximately 30 interior doors which was very time consuming for them. I am especially thrilled with the gorgeous cabinetry in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The craftsmanship cannot be beat. Taras and his electrician also came up with a fabulous design to install pot lights in the office as well as the living room and dining area without sacrificing headspace in a condo with typical 8 foot ceilings. The result is very architecturally pleasing and effective. All in all the attention to detail and quality of work throughout was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend Taras for any renovation project.

Taras and his team are very professional and work super hard to make sure the finished product is perfect. Taras is very good at communicating and keeping on track with scheduling. As well, his team are super helpful and considerate. A big shout out to Ivan and Dane!

This was our 4th project with Taras and Double T Contracting. As we have come to expect, the process was as smooth as ever and any issues that arose on site were sorted out collaboratively between us and the team.

We are thrilled with the final product, and now have another family space, an additional beautiful full bathroom, a laundry room, and plenty of storage cabinets (toys/coats/boots/etc.).

We have recommended Double T to many family and friends, and the outcome is always the same - Taras and his team make the whole process an absolute pleasure.

The team at Double T Contracting Inc. were professional, honest, respectful and thorough through the entire process of our project. In the early stages of quoting and understanding scope of work, Taras' counsel was wise and offered cost and time saving opportunities. During construction their team was efficient and respectful of our neighbours. Double T contracting sub-contractors, including electrical, HVAC and millwork were all well coordinated and were true professionals - everyone was aligned to the budget and timeline of the project. Every project runs into issues and our project was not immune - when we faced hurdles, Taras and his team provided options for solutions and budget impacts in a timely manner.

Our only two goals were to remain within our budget and to be in back in our home on schedule. Despite issues with supply chain, mysterious building inspector decisions and product shipping errors, both goals were met and we honestly don't believe this would have been done without the team at Double T. On time, on budget.

We're very pleased with the end result and we would highly recommend this team for your home renovation!

My wife and I decided to properly finish our basement this year as we needed more space for our growing family. Having used Double T before and being thrilled with the results, we knew they were the only team for the job!

The work was a gut reno that included putting in a family room and a new three-piece bathroom.

The finished product is beautiful. The project was finished on time and on budget. Cant recommend Taras and his crew enough. Double T will always be my first call for any home renovation project!

Project required removal of existing solarium style window and construction/framing of a new hip roof to accommodate a new window. Existing tiles and granite finishes had to be preserved.
Taras' crew performed all the work with great care and attention. All of the tiles and granite were preserved. The interior and exterior paint finishes matched the existing colours and the board and batten exterior reinstated to perfection. Very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Double T Contracting Inc.
