He was prompt in responding to emails and was always very professional and helpful. We had a company come by this spring to clean our windows and screens. Some time after they left, we noticed they damaged a few of our screens. While we're still dealing with the cleaning company, we contacted Yuri @ Omega Universal to see if they could take a look. It was 7 years ago when they replaced our windows, and I wasn't sure they'd really care to come out and look at fixing screens. To my pleasant surprise, Yuri was quick to respond and showed up at our house the next day to assess the screens. He took the screens away and we had them back by the end of the day as good as new. Incredible service!!! Thank you, Yuri!!!

Yuri gave a great price for 10 windows and a patio door that we had to replace in our rental property. His crew completed the entire job in one day. We were so happy with the service so we decided to replace the windows in our own house . We also replaced our front door and the patio door.
