I've installed a front door and sliding door. The doors are such high quality. I'd recommend anyone to buy and install with omega windows and doors. I'm so satisfied how fast the installation was. They are so experienced it was so easy. My favorite company of all time most affordable for the quality.

We had recently replaced all windows and are in the process of replacing backyard patio door at our house. We found Yury's company on HomeStars and after a few consultations with few companies decided to go with Omega Universal. His prices were competitive and we were happy with other customer reviews. Yury and his team made the whole process seamless from initial consultation to installation. After receiving initial quote and before agreeing to the purchase Yury took time out of a weekend on one of the Saturdays and recommended we visit the manufacturing facility. He gave us a tour of the place, explained different window types, efficiencies, etc and made us comfortable with our decision that we were getting a quality product. Once we decided to go with Omega he came back for final measurements and in few months his team (Dima and David) came for installation. The Team was very punctual, professional and got the whole job done in less than 2 business days. They were clean, respectful and very hard-working. During the installation Dima noticed that a couple of screens were damaged and he himself pointed them out to us and Yury, after which Yury took them back to the plant and in two days on Sunday morning dropped it back at our place even though he was aware that we were not in a rush for replacement. Truly great business with people that go above and beyond. Will definitely recommend Omega to neighbours and friends.

After Yuri and his crew did a wonderful job on replacing all my windows, we hired them to replace our double doors this year. Great selection of materials and colours on offer. On installation day, his crew were on time, polite, professional and very skilled at what they do (it's amazing to watch them work). We're in love with our doors. Our windows were from 1992 and not holding in heat. We needed all the windows of our home replaced. We got a response to our quote request and quotation visit very quickly. Gregory listened to our needs and wants and helped us select the correct replacement for each window considering functionality and aesthetics. Even with supply chain issues, the ordered windows came in earlier than expected. The removal and replacement of 13 windows was completed in the same day. Things were cleaned up well. There was a follow-up visit, no hassle, when we were unsure about caulking, all is well and good. Everyone was on time for every appointment. Windows look great, hold in heat and keep sound out noticeably better. Really appreciate the updates (how windows open, how to remove screens) that have been made to windows since 1992. Thanks for a job done well.

All in all, I am proud of supporting a local business from sales to factory to install crews, they are all local businesses. I'm very happy with my new windows (4mm double pane casement style) and contemporary front door.
