We hired Omega to replace all glass windows and the entire door (and frame). They did a fantastic job and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. They went above and beyond to make sure the work was done really well.

We were given lots of options to choose from and were able to select that one that best matched our requirements. They were able to accommodate a tight timeline and installation was quick. They cleaned up everything and even took away the old shutters. Made window replacement for the whole house incredibly easy. Great service and very affordable for great quality. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

They did an excellent job. New siding was installed as part of the bay window to match the rest of the siding of the house. I'm satisfied with the outcome!

We has some windows replaced in our home. Omega Universal provided a fast and reliable service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Omega windows to do a full house window replacement. Our house is old (built in the 40's, reno'd in the 80's), and had lots of obstacles to work around. We have 3 bay windows, each different sizes, with 1 being extra large. They worked around all the obstacles flawlessly and delivered an amazing install.

The work being done is part of a full exterior facelift of the house (windows, siding etc). Omega worked around some project specific constraints to ensure that the final product was top notch. Originally I was planning to leave the basement windows, however as part of the siding project demolition, it turned out they were badly damaged too (which was not visible originally). Omega was able to do a rush order and complete the install for the basement windows at the same time.

Overall I'm very pleased and would be happy to recommend Omega to all my friends and family, and would hire them again for any future installs that I do.
