We met Yuri who was pleasant and very upfront with his quotations for replacing our 20 windows, 1 sliding door & 2 front door inserts . They arrived on time on the day of installation. Igor worked on the outside while Roman worked on the inside & they were a very good team. The only downside was we were not told to expect a lot of dust after installing windows and so, be prepared for a lot of dusting and vacuuming after. They cleaned up after each window was replaced. We are very happy and satisfied with the windows , sliding door and inserts for our front door that were installed by Omega Windows and Doors. Yuri and his team Igor & Roman did a fantastic job.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work and customer service provided by Yuri and his team @ Omega Windows. From my first call to Yuri, he proved his attentiveness by making time to come to our home right away to have a look. Explained the options and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. We did not feel pressured in the least. On the day of the installation, Yuri and his team showed up on time, and completed the work in the amount of time they said. Clean installation. We had one follow up as the manufacturer had sent an incorrect handle for a new patio door, but Yuri replaced it for us with no fuss. The windows look great. We've got a couple more to replace and will definately give Yuri a call when we are ready to to start that work.

SERVICE
Yuri happily came to our house twice to help us determine the style of windows we wanted. We wanted custom windows and Yuri showed us many options and provided his honest opinion which helped us to make our decision quickly and effectively.

We ordered custom windows that typically take longer to manufacture but Yuri had the factory connections to rush the job because we had a broken window. The windows were done and installed within 3 weeks!

VALUE
We called three other highly-ranked HomeStars companies for estimates and they were all higher than the price Yuri provided. Considering we ordered a custom colour and grille, Yuri’s price was quite reasonable.

INSTALLATION
Yuri and his crew arrived promptly. They put down drop cloths inside the house and worked for 5 hours straight to get the job done.
We had some lose bricks above two windows and the crew took extra time to ensure they were secured so they wouldn’t fall out. They even cleaned smudges off the windows once they were installed. When the work was done, the crew also cleaned up all of the debris from the old windows. Thanks guys!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Omega to my neighbours and friends.

When I started my search for contractors, I was skeptical of Omega Windows and Doors because of their perfect 10 star rating. A perfect score; there must have been some fake reviews. HOWEVER, after seeing the finished project I am extremely happy to say I was wrong. I had quotes from 3 other companies (Casa Bella, Canadian Choice, Clera) for a brick to brick window placement for ~7-8K each. What distinguished Omega was their lower price: ~6K with lifetime warranty. Installation was three weeks after the order date and only took an afternoon to install. Our home is about 50+ years old, so the wood around the windows were all rotten; in addition to since we had larger than normal windows, the price for warranty would be larger than what a normal sized window would be. Omega covered the extra cost in addition to doing a thorough cleaning and replacement for each window. I have had my fair share of disastrous renovations and horrible contractors and it was an extreme pleasure to work with Omega and is highly recommended.

Omega recently installed a door and windows for me and both the price and quality were outstanding. I called and they were able to come out and provide a quote on the same day, and four weeks later my new windows and door were installed. I had the same job quoted by a few other companies and Omega was the best price by far. Yuri has a great work ethic and is extremely informative, honest, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would 100% use them again. Thanks for the great work Omega!!

Replaced my back door and Omega had by far the best price. The quality was also top notch. Really happy w the overall product. Took the crew less than half a day to do the job. Highly recommended.

After reviewing and meeting several window companies I decided to with OMEGA windows and doors. I met Yuri who is a honest individual and will give you right advice. Yuri gave me a quote that was the best than the rest and when it came to installation what a crew he has. His crew are like machines they worked non stop all day and completed the job with high professionalism. They also cleaned up and took all the garbage. I just want to start by saying that I'm not an automated response or a computer or some random person but I'm an actual consumer and that the review I found online were the deciding point on choosing the right contractors to do my project. So on with the Review : Initially I got quotes from at lease 5 - 7 companies w/ price ranges from 3k - 20k for my whole house windows; it boiled down to Yuri and his Omega Windows team and 2 more companies that have the closest quotes within my budget but when I found the reviews on homestar and how great Omega windows jobs were and how others don't come close to there reviews I thought this would be the guys for me. Didn't rush me and gave me options not only thinking of what they'll get (money) but what would be best for my home and family. 1 minor disappointment that he forgot to get the set of windows that I've wanted on a single frame but nevertheless overall Highly recommended.

The gentlemen came in bright and early, even a bit earlier than scheduled time, which was great!
They were especially neat and tidy which was amazing! I did not see a single piece of broken glass anywhere indoors or out, and they cleaned up whatever little mess was left behind.
The team was polite and I was quite impressed that Uri came by from his very busy schedule to inspect everything and make sure everything was done to his liking.
We had about 20 windows to replace, as well as a sliding back door. They started preparing just before 9am and they were completely finished by 6pm. I was shocked at how quick and efficiently they worked.
I have a diabetic father and a dog and the most important thing to me was that there was no glass hanging around after the installation, and I was please so see that the installation left not a shard in sight.
The price was excellent and I would definitely recommend this team to anyone who is in need of great quality windows at an affordable price.
