I had a pine tree next to my house that was littering the backyard and road with cones and needles. Emailed Toronto Tree Removal, got scheduled service in 3 days. They cut down the tree and stump within 2 hours and left the area clean. Great service, would recommend to anyone!

We have a very large Blue Spruce tree in our front yard which required a little TLC. The branches were dragging on the ground and Canopy Elevation was recommended. We contacted Toronto Tree Removal and within 4 days of contact we had the wrk completed. The knowledgeable team of Robin and Jeff arrived and we explained the situation. They knew exactly what was required and the work was completed within a reasonable time. They explained the best method of removing branches for appearance and health of the tree. From initial contact to completed work we were extremely satisfied with the work and customer service given by Toronto Tree removal.

I moved into a house that had poorly placed bushes and hedges on three sides of the house. I had put off removing them for two years for fear of the complexity involved. This year I finally decided to take some action and requested some quotes on Homestars. Toronto Tree Removal Inc. is the only company that replied with an immediate quote based on the photos I sent. Others wanted to schedule an appointment to come over to see the bushes and leave a written quote in my mailbox. I did allow them to come to do a quote comparison, and Toronto Tree Removal was still the least expensive quote. The work was scheduled for two days later, much sooner than I expected! And the removals were all completed before I returned home. The roots were ground and the dirt was all smooth. All interactions were over email (which was my preference), and I was able to pay via e-transfer. Extremely efficient and convenient, and high quality service. Highly recommended!

They arrived 15 mins early, to their 8 am start time, quick efficient. Respectful of the neighbours and mindful to not make too much noise due to a sleeping baby in the house.

The whole project from the initial service request on HomeStars to completion took less than a week. Aaron came by to look at the task to be done within 2 days and emailed me the quote the next day. Tree removal team came fast after that and did everything exactly how we'd agreed. They were nice, polite, professional and fast. They cleaned up after they were done. Communication was excellent. Vivian responded very quickly and made sure everything was absolutely clear.

Our property needed some major cleanup - the shrubs and trees had not been managed for years prior to us taking over the property. Called up Toronto Tree Removal after having received a quotes from a couple other companies. Aaron came for a walk-through of the property to discuss the work that needed to be completed. He shared his wealth of tree knowledge and patiently shared alternatives of tackling the project. It was really easy to converse with him. These guys came in the most competitive of my quotes and substantially more reasonable compared to the highest one so we decided to go with them. They came 2 days after we confirmed with them. Hilary and crew (4 people) came early in the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day. They took care with the work as they were removing quite a few tall trees from close to the house. As they were working, Hilary worked with my wife to determine the direction for pruning after the deadwooding. They had to haul away a load as well during mid-day. My wife was particularly impressed with a member of the crew that was extremely meticulous in pruning some wayward shrubs along one whole side of the backyard, basically inspecting and measuring branch by branch. Aaron came by with the stump grinder a couple days later to finish off the stumps. All in all a great experience with the team. It is clear that they take great ownership of their work and they are a delight to interact with. Heather and Vivian were also very much on the ball when it comes to the administrative side of things - definitely made it much easier when needing to dialogue with them when at work. Highly recommended and will likely go back to them when future needs arise.

I needed to remove a Sycamore Maple tree in my backyard. Toronto Trees came with up with the best estimate quote and answered all my questions about the process of the removal. Also ensured I had the proper permit and sign off from Toronto Forestry and my hired arborist.

Heather worked with me on the scheduling of when the work would be done and was accommodating to my work schedule as I like to be on site when any work is done to my property.

The guys showed up on the day and took care of everything especially in a old Toronto neighbourhoods where space is limited and access to the backyard can be difficult. Cleaned up the site afterwards. Great job. I recommended them to my friends & family.

The Toronto Tree Removal crew were terrific. They arrived early, got straight to work and did a splendid job, executing carefully exactly what was needed.
