We had two issues: ice storm damage in the trees in our back yard, and an Elm tree that was dying. Aaron came out to take a look, and quoted us a very competitive price. To address the ice damage, the crew came as scheduled, pruned all the deadwood and removed all the debris. For the Elm tree, Aaron immediately diagnosed the issue, and since we were keen to rescue it, recommended an arborist. The arborist (Andor Dunai) came to take a look, confirmed that the tree was beyond rescue, and didn't charge us anything! Aaron and his team are outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
