We recently hired Prorise Painting to completely repaint the new condo we had purchased. We decided to go with Prorise because of the level of professionalism shown when in the quotation stage - Joseph took photos of the space and provided us with a detailed quotation based on the exact specifications of our project, all in a very timely manner. We had a short timeline in which to complete the work between possession of our new home and move-in - just three days! Joseph and his team worked nearly round-the-clock to complete the project in the time we had. The suite had been smoked in frequently by the previous owners - Joseph and his team completely sealed the walls with smoke-seal primer which made a big difference. With new paint and floors (which Joseph helped in liaising with flooring installers for us), the only smoke smell left when we moved in came from the old kitchen cabinets. Joseph and his team did an excellent job in prepping the walls, and in the finishing touches. Joseph was also easily reachable by phone during the project, which made us feel at ease. Follow up was also thorough. Joseph made sure we were completely happy with the final product, and returned to ensure touch-ups were done after we had moved in. Overall, I was impressed with Joseph and his team. Prorise Painting was recommended to me by a friend who had heard I was looking for a contractor to help fix a ceiling that had been damaged by a leaky pipe. I had already met with a few contractors that didn’t come off as being very professional, so meeting Joseph from Prorise was very refreshing. He gave me a very detailed quote and explained to me in layman’s terms what needed to be done. My biggest worry when dealing with contractors is that the quoted price is always lower than the final amount and this was not the case with this job. It can be very stressful having a job cost twice what was quoted. The ceiling came out looking great and there were no signs that the ceiling had once been water damaged. We ended up getting Prorise to paint the rest of the room when they were done with the ceiling and both my husband and I were very pleased with the overall work and professionalism of the employees. I would highly recommend Prorise to any of my friends. Being able to trust your contractor is absolutely necessary and you will definitely feel that way with Prorise.
