I hired Sean to inspect a condo I wanted to buy after doing some research online and seeing all the positive comments made about his work. He is punctual and you can tell he loves what he does. Sean did a great job and took his time to make sure I understood everything. He also offered good advice. After his verbal explanation to me, I received a detailed PDF report with photos. It was very helpful. I would defintely use Sean again and will recommend his work to others.
