We had yet another water infiltration around one of our skylights for the second time in just over a year. We contacted a few roofing contractors to look at the issue and John at JMT Roofing provided us with the most detailed information. We felt his quote was very reasonable and liked how he explained how the work would be done, using only high quality material. John also helped us decide on the colour of the shingles we wanted by referring us to 2 different roofs he had done to see how each colour would look like. The work was done quickly and his team left by leaving the site and the area around the house immaculate. John and his team are truly great people to work with.

After learning John owned a roofing company while golfing with him, I asked for his card. I am glad I kept his card and moved forward with hiring JMT to re-roof our home. His crew were very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, hardworking and showed up every day on time. At the end of each day they cleaned the site leaving the property very orderly and free of debris. Communication was always lacking in my experience with contractors in the past. I did not have this challenge with John. He is very high on communiiation and informs you on the progress of your job and what to expect. As a customer, and a homeowner hiring a contractor to perform an important job as re-roofing our home, communication was much appreciated. John's follow-up after the job was completed and payment received is second to none. It is clear he cares about his customers. I would recommend his services!

Recently had my roof re-done on my house. I got 4 quotes all from very respectable companies and then was referred to JMT Roofing. I was told John was very upfront and knowledgeable, so I gave John a call and the next day he came out to do the estimate and quote and his price was considerably lower while still providing exact same service and product as the others. John assured me I would get "A One Service" and I did! Keith's crew who worked on the roof did a flawless job from start to finish with John showing up twice a day to ensure the work was up to my satisfaction. I can't thank John and Keith enough for a job very well done.

JMT did a great job but the best part was John explaining to us each step and why it has to be done that way. He also told us things that his staff did that weren't done and should have been done on our previous roof. Everything made sense.
