My neighbor and I decided it was time to replace our old cedar roof. We had several quotes prior to JMT roofing being recommended to us from a friend who had watched them do three new roofs in their Barnaby cul-de-sac. John was there the next day to give us our quote, he was the only company who actuall got up on our roof to do the measurements. We felt comfortable dealing with him and he turned out to be the most competitve of all the quotes. Brian and his roofing team arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. The site was secure and cleaned throughout and at the end of each day. The roof looks great, we decided to have our gutters replaced too and together the house looks beautiful. My husband and I are very pleased that we went with John from JMT Roofing & Painting for our roof and gutter's. John was referred to us by a co-worker of mine, who also got her roof and gutter’s done. She told me about John and his team, and how great of a job they did on her house and her father’s house. She gave me his number, so I called John for an estimate for my roof and gutter's. John came out and gave us an estimate, and it was more reasonable then all the other estimates we had received. I feel that John and his team were very professional, efficient, and the job was done in a timely manner. We also gave our neighbor John's business card as he needed his roof done as well. He ended up getting an estimate and got his roof done by JMT Roofing, and is very happy with the result.

JMT’s work was awesome and John’s a great guy and did excellent work on my house. They did the roof in a remarkably timely fashion and were very clean. I’ve watched my neighbours have it take a whole week to have their roof done.

JMT roofing was doing many roofs in my subdivision, so I hired them to do mine as well. John has done many other jobs around my house including painting and cleaning the eaves. This crew always works hard until the job is done. The completion of my roof took two days and I was very happy with it. They are also really good when it comes to the clean up.

John did an amazing job. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the roofing project and a much cheaper price compared to other competitive companies. John is a very nice person and ensured that his guys would do a good job and we would not be disappointed. He kept his word and when the roofing project started everything went smoothly. The workers started early in the morning and did it in a very clean and organized fashion. It was done quickly and efficiently without causing a mess. From beginning to end it the job was very well done. The roof looks fantastic now. All I can say is that you won't go wrong with having him do the roofing for you. He has great work ethics and makes everybody happy and always makes things better if there is any problems. I would definitely recommended him to anyone who needs a roof to be done.
