Re&Re PRV and Toilet ring/flange and install toilet

Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of any business, and they fall on the top of the list of criteria that consumers search for when attempting to locate a service provider for home repairs.

We have used 1st Call to re&re a Pressure Reducing Valve as well as install a toilet while, and both times, we have found their personnel to be knowledgeable, well-trained, punctual, personable, informative, approachable, and professional. Their staff were helpful in that they provided some very useful advice such as what one might expect post work being completed without our asking, which is a rarity...i.e., such a that our water may be discoloured post the work being completed; or you may hear some noises from taps when using them as there will be air pockets that need to work themselves through the system. As well, experiential advice was offered, such as, we need to ensure we turn the water supply line to the toilets to fully open, and not leave them 1/3, 1/4, or 1/2 open, to avoid future issue with the valve.

Pricing for their jobs are fair, as their labour rates are one of the more competitive in the market, and their rates for parts, although I found them to be on the higher side in terms of margins for one part, seem to be the industry standard for the most part.

The most important question after dealing with a service provider is would you call them again and/or recommend them to your family and friends, and, in this case, for 1st Call, it would be a resounding "yes".

Approximate cost of services:
$410.00
