Ross from Mold Services showed up at our house to do the initial assessment and found an inordinate amount of mold on both the main and second floors. He was very knowledgeable, explaining the options and allaying my concerns especially since my elderly mother also lives there. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time in their returning to get the job done. Ross and his colleagues were very considerate and careful with the furniture and broadloom in our home. They got rid of the mold and used natural products in the process which was a pleasant surprise.
