He was quick, professional and thorough in his communications, arrived on time, provided great insight and suggestions to accomplish the look we wanted, cleaned his work area, was friendly and easy to talk to, and the backsplash looks great! He truly cares about ensuring his customers are happy and has very fair rates. We highly recommend Nelson.
