After the cooking show we were pressured into buying a cookware set. Unfortunately we agreed to purchase it and our credit card was processed within a blink of an eye and before we had a chance to learn any details of the transaction. When credit card receipt was ready to be signed the sales rep presented us with a “contract” where we learned that sales are final and not refundable. Also then we learned about a handling fee of $220.83. None of it was disclosed to us prior to processing the transaction.
Cookware seems to be of decent quality but way overpriced. We have not used the items as we are trying to return them. We called the company and told them that are coming to return items. When we arrived at their office at 882 Jacksonville Rd., Warminster, PA, the sales rep Anitra was waiting downstairs on the sidewalk with another man that works there. We were not allowed inside the office and had to discuss the issue on the sidewalk. They refused to neither accept items nor refund any money. This is very strange for a company that claims their motto is “Customer Service Above All”.
