PERMA-DRY of Simcoe county were professional, on-time and where not sales people trying to sell me things. They took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. They fixed 2 cracks in the foundation and did some drainage work inside my house and installed a sump pump. They left the basemeny cleaner than it was.
