Very thorough and informative home inspection. As well, the inspection report was detailed and available on the same day!

For our new house inspection, we did some researches on-line and identified a couple of home inspectors who have very good review. After talking with them on the phone, we decided to work with Zegarra Residential Inspections for good first impression, and of cause, very reasonable price. Actually, we were lucky to make the right choice.

The entire process went very smoothly, from scheduling to final report delivery. Michael, who did the inspection, is very nice and professional. He checked the house thoroughly, did not miss any tiny piece of the issues. He also spent time to go through the house with us, provided valuable suggestions and answered many of the questions very patiently. The final report set is amazing, it has one comprehensive report, about 90 pages, and one summary highlight all the findings with suggestions.
