Thoughtful and thorough. Report was excellent and included extras and reference materials.
In hindsight, should have booked earlier in the process and earlier in the day - visual inspection of exterior was limited by sunset and inspection of building mechanicals was not possible.

Great review much appreciate. As I suggested best to book earlier in the day for daylight to inspect building exterior and access to roof and mechanical rooms. We did have a thorough conversation onsite discussing strata documents and Depreciation Reports. Accommodating Clients schedule with making every effort to help giving the limitations that day.
