Terrible! - Company is a JOKE

it's a long story, but these are the details..

i bought a new build home and so my cabinets were supplied by this company from my builder. those cabinets are fine. cheaply made but they do look nice.

i decided to add-on to the existing so i spoke with a salesperson and ordered a pantry. i called him back 2 days later to order the crown moulding, and valence trim because why not? this guy told me i would have to pay for shipping again! i told him just add it with the other order, if it takes extra time thats fine, but im not paying twice for shipping on an order they hadn't even started yet. he actually said he had to review it and made it sound like he was doing me a huge favour by saving me the shipping cost. over the phone i told him i could drop off cash payment at the showroom...he wasn't available and told me "I could stop by tonight and pick it up from your house". im like buddy i don't have that cash on me...im not even home yet. he was just very pushy.

the pantry comes in with the kickplate as ordered...only the pantry. we had a family friend install it. we noticed right away the staining on all pantry doors were striped and washed out, as if someone forgot to spray a second coat. after a lot of back and forth with the service department, they agreed to replace the doors and sent someone over to pick up a door sample to best match the colour. the kickplate that was delivered was scratched and chipped, we could not use one portion of it. and they didn't include the tape either to cover the rough edge that would be exposed.

i was very easy going, i said no problem, deliver the new doors with the crown and valence trim, i can wait. in the process my sister had cleaned crayon off one of the doors and ended up taking the stain off the door only by using a dish sponge! ...a yellow sponge took the stain off my cabinet.

i called the sales rep again and ordered another door. again i said just add it tot he outstanding order, i'll wait.

the new doors for the pantry finally come in...not the best, but a large improvement from what it was and im so tired of dealing with this bs so i let it go. he goes to install the replacement door that has been damaged and the hinges are wrong! this guy had my original order through the builder, details and measurements included.....how does that happen. they're going to be fixing that. my husband then asks for our sample door back, we've had our plates exposed for 3 months now.

the driver took a look in the truck multiple times and couldn't find it. but it's alright because when i called customer service "it's here somewhere"

it's been 3 months of this back and forth nonsense and in the end i ended up with a mediocre pantry door, a damaged cabinet, and my plates exposed.

i called to explain my frustration, how irritating this all has been, for the sales lady to ignore my concerns. i asked for free installation of the crown and trim or at least some money back, because their mistakes delayed my kitchen being done on time. she replied by saying...was it paid for? no? then we can't do it. she transferred me to another person who she said could help me...of course he didn't pick up. it's been 3 days and no reply to my message. i sent an email with no response.

i get it, things take time and mistakes happen, but the quality of your products and your customer service should not waiver. but who cares, right? i paid for what i got....and it wasn't cheap either.

this company is a joke. they should be sued for their stupidity. the employees don't care. the salesperson i dealt with was pushy and rude and when i asked for a different sales person they put me back to him.

i am beyond irritated and frustrated with this company. they simply don't care about their reputation. go somewhere else if you can.
