Raywal Cabinets

Update May 2nd - I feel its necessary to update my review of Raywal. Even though the initial installation had some issues (some scratched doors and missing handles), I still gave them a 10 out of 10. Its now more than 12 weeks later and the replacement process has been horrendous.

After 8 weeks of waiting, the 4 out of 5 fixes they needed to make were a waste. The replacement doors were even worse than the initial damaged ones. Now 4 weeks after the "first fix that didn't fix anything" I'm still waiting on replacements doors and handles and no time frame has been given. Very frustrating to say the least...

I should also mention that good friends of ours also went with Ottawa Raywal in March of 2017 and they need to have every drawer and cabinet replaced (which they are still waiting on as well).

From the first day meeting Vanessa at Raywal to the walk through after the installation, everything about the process has been nothing but excellent.

Having turbulent times with contractors in the past, we took the challenge of doing a major kitchen and main floor renovation. Vanessa provided the utmost professionalism in helping us from quoting of the job, designing the layout of the cabinets, to room design flow (cabinet profile, hardware, paint colours, and counter top ideas). Providing her some rough measurements of our layout, she was able to design a kitchen layout and adjusted the flow/style/sizes on the fly with her computer software program. Being able to “see” what the end product would be (like you see on TV) set our minds at ease and it looked beautiful.

Can’t speak enough words about Roy the installer. Top notch professional as well. Attention to detail and treated the installation of the cabinets like it was his own home.

Everything was on time and delivered to specifications. Highly recommend using Raywal (Vanessa at the Ottawa location) and Roy the installer… we couldn’t be happier with the work and services provided. The end result exceed our expectations!
